Emaly joined Huff Powell & Bailey in 2017, and her practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense. She represents physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, long term care providers, and other health care entities in cases involving allegations of medical malpractice, negligent supervision, fraud, and premises liability. Emaly previously worked at an Atlanta-based insurance defense firm, where she successfully handled numerous jury trials, including two as first chair. She also served as a judicial staff attorney in the State Court of Henry County, where she clerked for the Honorable Ernest D. Blount.
