Max joined Huff, Powell & Bailey in 2019 and works in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Max’s practice is devoted primarily to defending physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other health care entities in cases involving allegations of medical malpractice and negligence. Prior to joining the firm, Max served as a law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin W. Cheesbro, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Georgia.
