Molly Pearce is an associate attorney based in the firm’s Raleigh office, where she focuses her practice in medical malpractice defense. Molly’s practice is devoted primarily to the representation of health care providers, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other health care entities in cases involving allegations of professional negligence.

Prior to joining the firm, Molly practiced in Raleigh for two years in the general liability group of a regional defense firm. Molly has successfully defended clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including cases involving professional liability, premises liability, construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, and business disputes.

Molly earned her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society. In law school, Molly served as an Editorial Staff Member on the Wake Forest Law Review, instructed various study groups as part of the Academic Engagement Program, and participated in the Lawyer on the Line pro bono project. Prior to law school, Molly graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a B.S. in Political Science.
