Nikki has been defending physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers against alleged professional negligence since 2001. She began her legal practice in Atlanta but has been practicing in Savannah, Georgia since 2006. Nikki successfully has defended physicians, physician extenders, nurses, and other medical professionals from the inception of a claim to the conclusion of a lawsuit at trial, mediation, or dismissal. She specializes in the defense of wrongful death, personal injury, negligent supervision, negligent credentialing, and other related claims. Nikki proudly has defended Savannah hospitals as well as small regional, rural hospitals in lawsuits, pre-suit claims, and regulatory issues. In addition to representing clients in civil litigation, she represents physicians in hearings before the Georgia Composite Medical Board, hospital credentialing committees, and insurance companies.

Additionally, Nikki has experience managing the claims side of litigation for hospitals, physicians and other medical entities, having worked for a large, national malpractice insurer. She routinely provides healthcare professionals and organizations with risk management advice and preventative education for their personnel.
