Page has actively represented defendants in complex, high-damage litigation matters since moving to Atlanta in 1994. His trial practice focuses primarily on the defense of healthcare providers and institutions, as well as product and medical-device manufacturers.

Page has tried more than 50 cases as lead counsel and has extensive trial experience in all metro-Atlanta venues and other venues throughout the State of Georgia and the Southeast.

Page also maintains an active appellate practice and regularly represents clients before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.

  • More than 25 years of experience defending professional liability actions involving nearly every major medical specialty
  • Approximately 20 years of experience defending medical device and other product manufacturers in cases involving catastrophic injury and death
  • Primary litigation counsel for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Inc. for more than 20 years
  • Defense of pediatric hospitals, pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and pediatric urgent care centers in lawsuits involving a wide range of catastrophic injury and death
  • Defense of anesthesiologists, mid-level anesthesia providers and large anesthesia practice groups in lawsuits involving catastrophic injury and death
  • Defense of obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, and nurses in lawsuits involving maternal and fetal death and injuries
  • Appellate counsel for numerous defense clients leading to approximately 60 published appellate decisions
  • Represented physicians and other healthcare providers in peer-review proceedings and in hearings before the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
