Newberry

Trevor joined Huff, Powell & Bailey following his work in the chambers of Georgia Supreme Court Justice David E. Nahmias. Trevor’s practice is now devoted to civil defense and primarily focuses on the defense of medical malpractice actions, including actions against physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, and providers engaged in long term care and assisted living. He also represents physicians in State Medical Board actions and appeals. Trevor also serves as an adjunct professor at Emory Law School, where he is actively involved in the law school’s trial advocacy program and mock trial team.
