Mr. Frankson entered private practice in 2010 and his practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense. In law school at Emory University, Mr. Frankson was Business Manager of the Emory International Law Review and President of the International Law Society, and he received the Dean’s Public Service Award upon graduation. During the summer of 2006, Mr. Frankson was an intern for the Honorable Charles B. Mikell of the Court of Appeals of Georgia. After law school, he worked for over two years as Staff Attorney to Chief Judge Ben W. Studdard, III of the State Court of Henry County. Mr. Frankson served on the Georgia Supreme Court Jury Composition Committee and has coached mock trial teams at Luella High School and Emory University. He has also served on Emory University School of Law’s Young Alumni Steering Committee and Class of 2007 Reunion Committee. Mr. Frankson actively works with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
