Daniel J Huff

Dan specializes in the defense of high damage lawsuits, primarily medical malpractice claims. Dan’s trial record would be a proud career for any defense lawyer and is even more remarkable because it has been accomplished in the past 15 years.

Dan tries more than five jury cases a year and has successfully tried more than 80 cases. He has defended and successfully tried cases for every specialty of medicine and numerous hospitals throughout Georgia. Recently, Dan’s trials have concentrated on the representation of hospitals, midwives and OB/GYNs in birth injury cases involving infants diagnosed with cerebral palsy secondary to hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.

In addition to representing defendants, Dan is a regular contributor to legal and medical publications and seminars.
