The Atlanta, Georgia law firm of Huff, Powell & Bailey, LLC, was founded in July 2003 by Daniel J. Huff, R. Page Powell, Jr., and M. Scott Bailey. The Firm’s founding partners previously were members of three separate Atlanta defense firms where they were involved in the defense of civil lawsuits in various areas of practice. The vision of Mr. Huff, Mr. Powell, and Mr. Bailey was to create a high-caliber firm that would specialize in the representation and defense of healthcare professionals and organizations, at an exceptional value. The Firm maintains a strong medical and professional liability practice, and we specialize in several other areas of civil litigation, including products liability, employment litigation, premises liability, and commercial litigation.

In addition to the three founding members, Huff, Powell & Bailey, LLC currently has three additional partners: Anna Burdeshaw Fretwell, Julye Johns, and Jeffrey D. Braintwain. The Firm also has five uniquely and highly-skilled associate attorneys: Francesca G. Townsend, Camille N. Jarman, Erica S. Jansen, Taylor Chamberlin, and L. Evan Cline.
