Denny’s practice is focused on the representation of medical professionals and long-term care facilities, as well as both insurers and insureds in insurance coverage matters. He handles matters in federal court as well as in state courts throughout Georgia at both the trial and appellate levels. Denny conducts all aspects of litigation, from advising clients on pre-litigation claims through the appellate process.
