A Fulton County jury returned a defense verdict on January 14, 2015 in a wrongful death case involving a 31 year old patient who bled to death during a dialysis catheter placement surgery. Dan Huff and Evan Cline represented the Defendant, a Vascular Surgeon in Atlanta.
