On August 24, 2014, Dan Huff gave a presentation to physicians at the 63rd Annual Meeting of The Georgia Obstetrical and Gynecological Society and the Georgia Section of ACOG. Dan’s presentation was titled: “EMRs and Medical Liability: The Good, Bad, and Ugly”. Dan educated the physicians on how electronic medical records (“EMR”) increase the risk of exposure to legal claims; how EMR is being used in OB/GYN malpractice cases; and techniques to protect physicians and practices from the dangers of EMR. Dan has been actively defending OB/GYNs since 1991.
