Harrison is an associate in the firm's Atlanta and Gainesville, Georgia offices. Before attending law school, Harrison worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) where he gathered evidence and intelligence for national security investigations and criminal investigations.
At Huff Powell Bailey, Harrison maintains an active healthcare regulatory practice and represents physicians in False Claims Act/Qui Tam actions and investigations, Georgia Medical Board complaints, Medicare/Medicaid and private payor audit and overpayment appeals and subpoena responses.
Harrison also represents physicians, mid-level providers, hospitals, and other healthcare entities in cases alleging professional negligence and general liability.
