Xavier joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2025. He is an associate in the Atlanta office. Xavier represents healthcare entities and healthcare providers in litigation involving allegations of medical malpractice as well as cases alleging general and premises liability. This practice also encompasses the defense of long-term care and senior living facilities. Xavier also performs healthcare regulatory and compliance work for healthcare providers and entities.

Xavier is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and Emory University Rollins School of Public Health, where he obtained a juris doctorate degree and a master's degree in public health. During school he completed externships with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Centurion, LLC, the Health Law Partnership and the Superior Court of Fulton County where he clerked with the Honorable Thomas A. Cox, Jr., Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County.
