Brooke joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2025 and works in the Columbus office. She has practiced in civil litigation for most of her decade-plus career, having worked for the Florida Department of Children and Families, in estate planning and probate, and litigating first-party property suits with a large Florida firm. In addition to being admitted in Georgia and Florida, Brooke is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States and was previously admitted in Kansas under the state's military spouse rule.
Brooke has been a proud military spouse for more than 15 years and has gained several tremendous experiences, opportunities, and challenges during that time which have helped her become a highly adaptable and efficacious advocate. She has experience in handling all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit litigation, trials, and appellate work.
Brooke graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2012 where she was a member of the nationally-ranked Trial Team and Moot Court Board. She graduated cum laude, and was awarded the William F. Blews Award for pro bono service and Ralph H. Farrell Competition Award. She was inducted into the National Order of Barristers for her achievements in courtroom advocacy, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
Brooke has volunteered with several organizations, including the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, Kappa Delta Sorority, and the Military Spouse J.D. Network where she was also on the Board of Directors.
