Garrett joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2025 as an Associate in the firm's Greenville, South Carolina office. A majority of his practice focuses on the defense of long-term care facilities as well as physicians, nurses, hospitals and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice and ordinary negligence cases. Prior to joining the firm, Garrett worked as a prosecutor in Texas, trying multiple cases to jury verdict. Garrett is licensed to practice law in the states of South Carolina and Texas.
