Cody joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2025 as a civil litigation attorney in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office. In this role, Cody defends physicians, nurses, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice and negligence cases. During law school, Cody interned and externed at six different governmental and non-profit organizations. Additionally, Cody obtained the highest pro bono distinction for his volunteer work during law school.
After graduating law school, in 2024, Cody served as Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
