- Appellate Practice
Rosemary joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2025 focusing on appellate work and motions practice. She has extensive experience in both, having worked for more than 20 years in criminal litigation and appellate issues. She was the executive director of a nonprofit organization in Oregon that provided free legal representation to crime victims in state and federal court. Prior to that, Rosemary was a prosecutor in Maryland and Georgia, where she effectively litigated before the Supreme Court of Georgia. She was appointed by the governor of Oregon to several policy committees and has been a featured speaker on topics including postconviction litigation and constitutional issues in criminal law.
