Clare joined Huff Powell Bailey as an associate in 2026. Clare has over 20 years of experience in civil litigation, including personal injury cases, premises liability, motor carrier liability, hospitality industry cases, retail and construction. She represents clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, discovery, mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal. Clare uses her wide variety of knowledge and experience to advise clients throughout litigation. She is often consulted by clients on day-to-day operations and risk management issues.
Clare is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Alaska.
