Practice Areas

Chris has been defending clients in the litigation field since 2010. Most recently, he has been representing insurance companies and their insureds in Georgia since 2016. He has previously also litigated in South Carolina and the U.S. Virgin Islands. At Huff Powell Bailey, Chris is primarily defending physicians and other healthcare providers and entities, as well as long term care and senior living providers. The firm's clients rely on Chris for his expertise and experience in the courtroom, as well as his ability to perform detailed evaluation of cases and claims and to develop strategies to obtain winning results for the clients at trial, mediation, or arbitration. Chris also defends clients in complex general liability cases with the potential for excess damages awards.
