Marvin joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2026 in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office. Marvin was a founding partner of the firm Webb, Neary & Dikeman, where he practiced for over 25 years. Marvin has more than 35 years-experience handling complex high damages exposure cases for the defense. He defends clients in the trucking and transportation industry, as well as insurance, premises liability and other catastrophic injury general liability cases. Marvin also defends products liability cases. He is a trial lawyer, having tried over 150 cases in state and federal courts in his career, and 25 just in the last 5 years. Though he typically tries cases in Georgia, which can be a difficult venue for the defense, he also has tried cases as lead counsel in 26 other states throughout the country. Marvin has a unique ability to take a complex case and reduce it down to its essential elements and in a format that appropriately educates the jury at trial. Also, his credibility in the courtroom is essential to his winning record.
