James joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2023. He primarily defends hospitals, nurses, physicians, nurse practitioners, long-term care and senior living facilities, as well as other healthcare providers in cases involving allegations of negligence and professional liability.
Prior to joining Huff Powell Bailey, James practiced insurance defense in St. Louis and Atlanta. He has litigated liability cases from the pre-suit investigation stage through trial and post trial procedures. He has tried cases to jury verdict throughout Metro Atlanta.
Prior to attending law school, James earned his Doctor of Pharmacy and practiced as a pharmacist in Birmingham, Alabama.
