Zach is a senior associate in the firm’s Atlanta and Athens, Georgia offices. He defends medical malpractice, products liability, and high damages exposure general liability cases. Zach represents physicians, mid-level providers, nurses and healthcare entities in cases alleging professional negligence, medical malpractice and general liability. In connection with his medical liability work, he also represents clients before the Georgia Composite Medical Board and during medical board investigations. His practice also includes general liability work for major academic institutions and large corporate entities.
