Amanda is a partner in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia and Raleigh, North Carolina offices. Her practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense litigation. She has been defending hospitals, pharmacists, physicians, physician extenders, nurses and other allied healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities since 2008. She has participated in all aspects of litigation, including mediation, trial, and appellate advocacy.

Her cases involve allegations concerning the care of pediatric and adult patients. She has represented professionals in all fields of specialty, including cardiology, emergency medicine, family practice, neonatology, neurosurgery, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, pediatrics, pharmacy, pulmonology and critical care, surgery and urology. In addition to representing clients in civil litigations, Amanda represents physicians and nurses called before state licensing boards for complaints and investigations.

Amanda's clients also rely on her counsel regarding risk investigation, analysis, and prevention. She also consults on patient safety issues, credentialing, and quality assurance activities.
