Brian joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2026 as Counsel in the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office. Brian was a founding partner of the litigation defense firm Webb, Neary & Dikeman, where he practiced for over 25 years. Brian has been litigating complex cases for the defense for over 35 years. He has extensive experience defending cases for clients in the trucking and transportation industry, as well as the hospitality, amusement and entertainment, retail, construction, insurance, housing and other industries. Brian also has defended a significant number of medical malpractice and products liability cases throughout his career. Brian is trial tested. He has tried well over 50 complex cases throughout Georgia, in both state and federal courts. Brian is prepared to take any high-stakes complex case to trial in any venue.
