Ian joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2025 as an associate in the firm's Atlanta office. He defends a variety of healthcare entities and providers in litigation involving allegations of enterprise liability and medical malpractice. He also assists with healthcare regulatory and compliance work, as well as general liability claims.

Ian earned his J.D., magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law with an Honors Certificate in Health Law. He received his undergraduate degree, a B.S., magna cum laude in Neuroscience from the University of Tennessee. In law school, Ian served as President of the Student Health Law Association, represented GSU on the State Bar of Georgia's Chief Justice's Committee on Professionalism, and earned a CALI Award for the Future in Health Law: Quality and Access.
