Jacquelyn's practice focuses on the defense of cases of alleged medical and dental malpractice, long-term care and assisted living malpractice, premises liability, automotive and transportation liability, products liability, insurance, and business litigation. Prior to joining Huff Powell Bailey, Jacquelyn was a partner at two medical malpractice and insurance defense firms, and an attorney for a leading communications, media and automotive services company handling commercial, media law, and intellectual property disputes and litigation. Her clients include physicians, dentists, medical and dental group practices, hospitals, long term care and senior living facilities, commercial vehicle insurers, small businesses and national corporations.



Jacquelyn has successfully defended medical malpractice, premises liability and automotive liability cases at trial and through the appellate phase of litigation. She also represents professionals before state licensing boards.

In her spare time, Jacquelyn enjoys contemporary dance, softball and spending time with her husband and two children.
