Nick joined the firm’s Atlanta office as an associate in 2026. He is an associate who defends medical malpractice, hospital negligence, as well as general liability cases. Nick also works in the regulatory investigations practice group.

Nick is a graduate of Emory University’s School of Law and Rollins School of Public Health. During graduate school, Nick worked for U.S. District Judge Noel Lawrence Hillman, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams, and two non-profit organizations. Before joining Huff Powell Bailey, Nick served as a staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He was selected as an American Constitution Society Next Generation Leader in 2023 and completed the Georgia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy in 2025. Nick is also an Eagle Scout.
