Bryon is an associate in the Lawrenceville, Georgia office of Huff Powell Bailey. He as immense experience with over 25 years as a litigator and government regulator. Currently, his main focus is the defense of medical malpractice cases.
Bryon began his career in Savannah, Georgia, in the areas of insurance defense, small business disputes, real estate, bankruptcy, and domestic relations. In 2006, he joined the Torts Section of Georgia Office of the Attorney General, where he was responsible for all aspects of assigned cases, with sovereign immunity a frequently litigated issue. In 2013, Bryon transferred to the Professional Licensing Section of the Attorney General's Office. That position focused on advising the professional licensing boards on all aspects of their executive, legislative, and judicial duties, and on administrative disciplinary actions, most commonly involving medical malpractice.
