Legendary trial lawyer Tom Carlock said he's not ready to retire, so he joined Huff Powell & Bailey from Carlock Copeland & Stair, the litigation defense firm he co-founded almost 50 years ago.
Tom helps clients address civil litigation issues and has extensive experience trying complex medical malpractice and general liability cases for the defense for over 50 years. He has tried to jury more than 500 civil cases, more than 75 wrongful death cases and more than 150 catastrophic injury cases.
Tom received his legal training from Emory University School of Law. He graduated from law school in 1966.
Tom is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has repeatedly been recognized by his peers as a Georgia Super Lawyer.
