Clement (Xiang) Xu joined Huff Powell Bailey in 2026. He is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Clement represents a variety of healthcare providers, from physicians, nurses, to hospitals in civil litigation alleging professional liability and malpractice.
Clement received his JD with Honors from the Emory University School of Law. At Emory, Clement was a member of the Emory Moot Court Society, both as a competitor and a coach. He received his undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Arts, from Cornell University, graduating summa cum laude.
