David Terry of HPB was a member of the trial team representing Ford Motor Company in a September defense verdict secured in West Palm Beach, Florida. Also representing Ford was Seipp, Flick & Hosley LLP. The Plaintiff was represented by Gary, Williams, Parenti & Watson, P.L.L.C. The case involved allegations that a defect in a seat belt caused it to become “false latched” and release during the crash. The Plaintiff sustained a severe traumatic brain injury as a result of the accident. Plaintiff’s counsel asked the jury to return a verdict in excess of $100 million. Congratulations David!
